In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation and operation of systems and applications. You will be part of the Operations Center team and support your team member with their tasks.
In your new job, you will:
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring that the system or application meets the required business specifications and is functioning as expected.
- Support the Go-Live and Stabilization phases, ensuring a smooth transition to production
- Validate User Acceptance, by working with stakeholders to ensure that the system or application meets their requirements and is accepted by the end-users
- Optimize the Known Error Database by keeping it up-to-date and helping to identify and prioritize known errors for resolution
Your Profile
You should be eager to apply your knowledge in a real-world setting and continue learning from our experienced team. We anticipate you to be a quick learner, a team player, and a creative problem solver, ready to take on new challenges and contribute to innovative projects.
You are best equipped for this position if you:
- Are in the last year of your Bachelor's or Master's in Information Technology fields, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Have a strong foundation in IT concepts and a keen interest in the field
- Experience with a programming language or scripting language, preferably with a background in Database development, Web development
- Have analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Are proficient in both English and Hungarian, enabling effective communication within the team and across departments.
