The Role

• Partners with sales team to support the objectives of the team and business.

• Delivers an excellent customer experience to both internal stakeholders and external customers.

• Acts as a point of contact for all contractor queries and proactively seeks solutions, escalating where appropriate.

 

Candidate Management

• CV Formatting, job postings, booking candidate interviews and arrangement of company in

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for Contractors, including (but not limited to) contract generation, background checks, employment visas applications/ renewals is accurately completed and filed accordingly

• Handle incoming calls

 

Client Management

• Support in Vendor Registration/RFPs

• Client Invoicing & Reporting

• Communicate with clients with relations to reporting/billing/quotation/invoicing inquires

 

Your Profile

• 2-3 years of CS / Sales Support / Administration

• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese

• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Detail-minded, well-organised with problem solving ability & numerical sense and high accuracy

• Previous experience with Salesforce would be beneficial
