Purpose of the Project Manager Officer is to lead and/or manage any strategic / key project in the Netherlands, impacting any business area; either Clinical Analysis, Pathology or Radiology. The project management includes the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and within scope. In general oversee all aspects of the project(s) including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities when applicable, and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.

Requirements

High-level control of the Project’s Dashboard, reporting and escalating to manager/CLT, as needed.

· Manage a key Project/ Program, ensuring alignment with the (Transformation or Operational Excellence) program goals, standards, and methodologies.

· Ensure the delivery of the Cost Optimization Budget & PnL Impact by tracking the implementation plan, identify & mitigate risks, and scoping additional Cost Savings/ Optimization opportunities.

· Provide oversight from design to delivery of the Program to the PMI/PMO leader/ Head of Operations.

· Identify areas for improvement and establish clear objectives, roadmap and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leaders, department heads, and subject matter experts, to identify project requirements, define objectives, and gain consensus. Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to drive collaboration and ensure project success.

· Lead change management activities to support the adoption of new processes, technologies, and operational models. Develop and implement change management plans, communication strategies, and training programs to ensure smooth transitions and maximize employee engagement.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

· Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, or related discipline).

· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing & industrial environments, Project management, preferably in a PMO role within the healthcare sector.

· Best practices knowledge such as Lean Mfg., Project Management & Six Sigma as recommended.

· Proven track record of leading and managing complex projects within a matrixed organization.

· Required Skills: leadership, change management, perseverance, good level of connectivity within the organization.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

· Proficiency in Project and Portfolio management tools and methodologies.

· At ease working in a fast-paced environment

· Travel requirements - Travel within the Netherlands expected: 20-30% upon needs and projects

· Full proficiency in Dutch and English is mandatory. Other languages also valuable
