Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the MRB (Material Review Board) activity, managing maverick lots (NCL material) for Assembly, Final Test and Finishing.
  • Perform data retrieval and analysis to enable fast and safe material disposition.
  • Ensure the correct methodology is applied, including 8D and risk assessment.
  • Participate in final disposition decisions and manage escalation paths within division and manufacturing plants when required.
  • Lead continuous improvement of the MRB process by implementing tools, procedures, data collection methods, and operational practices to streamline activities.
  • Guarantee the collection, recording, classification, and storage of all relevant technical information shared during MRB meetings.
  • Support Supply Chain by providing critical information for the timely resolution of supply chain constraints and process-related quality issues across production plants and subcontractors.
  • Create and share management reports and KPI reporting for the division organization.
  • Facilitate information exchange between local manufacturing teams and Division Operations organizations.
  • Support the implementation of Quality Gate Tools (SBL, SYL and Firewall) throughout the production supply chain.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Basic knowledge of digital electronics.
  • Understanding of semiconductor Assembly and Test processes.
  • Statistical data analysis capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to take on challenges and work in a dynamic and fluid environment.
