This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Operations Manager who has lived and breathed World Class Manufacturing, taking what they have learnt and pragmatically applied it successfully into different environments changing them for the better.


Overseeing a workforce of circa 300-400 personnel, you will be taking accountability for a change management journey encompassing an effective and inspiring leadership style while implementing modern manufacturing methodology to drive production performance.

Who we're looking for?

  • A proven track record leading a large manufacturing operation within a complex component, assembly or OEM environment such as automotive, aerospace or yellow goods.
  • Extensive leadership skills with a history of delivering progressive cultural change enhancing employee capability and business unit performance.
  • Experienced in driving measurable and sustainable operational performance improvement through implementation of world class manufacturing techniques.
  • This role is focused on delivery, requiring a hands-on management style at times combined with the ability to effectively translate, apply and represent the group strategy across the business unit.
  • Complete ownership of Quality, Cost, Delivery and Safety across the Business Unit.
