OPERATIONS INTELLIGENCE & SYSTEMS MANAGER (BAND 6)– MINING (REF80034K) INTERNAL ONLY

Namdeb Diamond Corporation invites interested individuals to be part of alluvial mining operations that offer unique challenges for professionals who wish to be part of a world-class operation.

The Challenge

To drive and optimise mine-wide operational performance by aligning planning, execution, systems, partnerships, and performance processes. The role serves as a key integration and performance partner to the Operations Manager, providing actionable insights, improving decision-making, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.

The Ideal Applicant:

• Degree (NQF Level 7) in Mining, Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• Post Graduate qualification (will be an added advantage)
• Valid Code B/BE Driver’s license (Manual Transmission).
• Valid Code of Conduct
• 8–10 years in Mining or heavy industrial operations with exposure to operations, performance management, operational governance, systems integration, data-driven decision support, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, SAP)
