Operations Finance Controller

• Product Costing
  • Main objective: Creation and review of manufacturing cost calculations for finished products in the Bath and Wellness area
  •  Review and creation of calculations of manufacturing costs (annual STD calculation; regular monitoring of top models
  •  Maintenance and import of STD prices into the IT systems (SAP and SAP Business-Warehouse, TM1 or comparable systems as an essential part of the product master data
  •  Actual calculations in the Bath and Wellness area
  •  Analysis and plausibility check of product calculations
  •  Purchase price planning plausibility check in collaboration with purchasing
  •  Responsible for calculation guidelines and their maintenance and further development of the calculation methods
  •  Collaboration in IT calculation projects (checking implementation)
  •  Training and coaching of production controllers and other colleagues in the international production network
  •  Harmonization and roll out of calculation templates in production plants
  • Implement work cells results (new development process) into STD costing with reasonability checks (partly member of the Gate jury in this Gate process for product novelties)

• Procurement Controlling
  • To provide effective support to the Finance Business Partner – Procurement and Supply Chai
  • To support preparation of all financial and performance reporting, financial planning, and controlling for: Procurement, Sourced finished product, Sourcing decisions, Overall Operations Management Process-related metrics, Procurement project tracking To support the preparation of the Operations Management Process with focus on monthly business information creation and dissemination
  • To maintain effective business and financial routines & controls in line with the official business procedures
  • To coordinate the completion of monthly financial reporting from local controllers and European sourcing team
  • To support the execution of the major initiatives within Procurement
  • To support management in mitigating risks and delivering opportunities, identifying issues in a timely manner to ensure action can be taken to ensure financial and operational plans are delivered/exceeded
  • Analyze and identify performance trends and opportunities
