Operations Automation Specialist

The Automation Specialist is responsible for designing, building, and operating scalable automation and digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This role is strongly focused on hands-on development, solution architecture, and technical delivery, enabling operational efficiency across PCC Service Hubs. 

Your role:

• You will design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that improve service delivery efficiency across PCC Service Hubs, helping teams reduce manual effort and increase quality and consistency.
•  You will work closely with the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE), process owners, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and PCC Hub leaders to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
• You will translate business processes into technical automation solutions, participating in process analysis, end‑to‑end workflow design, testing, and documentation.
• You will support capability building by coaching citizen developers, sharing best practices, and facilitating workshops and training sessions to promote automation adoption.

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve 2+ years of experience in automation, digitalization, low‑code development, process improvement, or service delivery optimization roles.
• Your skills include Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, Python, Javascript, process mapping, workflow design, and translating business requirements into technical solutions. Preferably knowledgable in  Copilot Studio, AI Builder, governance frameworks, or experience with shared service or contact‑center‑like environments.
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; Power Platform certifications (PL‑900, PL‑200, PL‑400) is preferred.
• You’re analytical, collaborative, and comfortable working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, with a continuous‑improvement mindset and interest in enabling others through automation and digital tools.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English is required

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an in-office role.
