Job description

We are looking for Operations Assistant to strengthen our ambitious team in Warsaw, Poland. You will work with the leading IoT solutions in the world and master your professional skills.

In this role you will:

  • Monitor incoming customer payments.
  • End-to-end support for the sales invoicing process.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of invoice data before further processing.
  • Closely collaborate with the Sales and Logistics department to ensure correct invoicing of supplies and services.
  • Collaborate with Sales on ordering and coordinating demo equipment.
  • Take over the IT equipment ordering process and its inventory.
  • Managing hardware inventory (availability, stock levels, rotation).
  • Coordinate the flow of equipment between employees and projects (including substitutions and returns).
  • Support Sales in ordering and organizing demo equipment.
  • Support the organization of conferences, summits, and corporate events.
  • Ensure the availability of equipment and resources for events and implementations.
  • Coordinate Equipment logistics for events and corporate trips.

What we expect of you: 

  • Ability to handle and take ownership of many different topics.
  • Very good in Excel.
  • Open-mindedness, attention to detail, openness for constant changes and eagerness to learn.
  • Fluency in English and Polish language proficiency.
  • Cat B driving license would be nice to have.
