Operational Risk Management Assistant Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining the Operational Risk Management and Internal Control program fat FWDII to align with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, Risk Appetite Framework, Enterprise Risk Management Policy & compliance with all regulations, including supporting the establishment of strong Risk Culture.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (by priority)

• Lead and coordinate operational risk analysis in line with the Operational Risk Framework e.g., thematic reviews, quarterly risk reviews and validation of operational risk.
• Responsible to monitor changes in laws, regulations, and Group best practices that could impact operational risk management and updating related policies and procedures and to comply with any changes/ updates, including socialize to all stakeholder
• Facilitate, challenge, and provide advisory to the first line with relative operational risk assessment process that involving any potential risks associated with current or future operations.
• Responsible for operational risk reporting, including the coordination with other respective PIC. The report to be provided to the BOD, Risk Committee, DPS, OJK and Group Risk
• Coordinate, challenge and provide advisory with related PIC for annual operational risk register review and ensure alignment with the Company business plan for the decision of Company Top Risk.
• Responsible for monitoring the trend of company top risk and facilitating regular monitoring session including discussing the progress of  mitigation action – operational risk related.  
• Facilitate and provide advisory on company policies/procedures review ensure adherence to the Company Governance Document Standard
• Responsible for any incident escalation to management and Group, including but not limited to monitor and analyse the risk events / incidents
• Provide business process assessment to identify areas of potential improvement or weakness to enhance internal control in operational risk management related within the company
• Conducting regular training sessions on operational risk management best practices for employees within departments that are most exposed to risk
