Apply to this jobAs an Operation Support Engineer, you will be working with a highly motivated team who collaborates with international functional teams.
In your new role you will:
- Operation Support, Incident resolution and Problem management
- Coordination of User Acceptance Tests
- Setup and configure software settings on different Infineon systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to factory integration
- Cross functional collaboration with stakeholders eg. business, equipment
- Drive improvement topics (automation, digitalization, etc.)
- Rollout support
- Review and update troubleshooting FAQ
- Monitor of system performance via automated tools, handle critical alerts / events
- Simulation of problem, execute containment actions
- On call operation support required
You are a strong team player who can establish successful cooperation with your colleagues, and your effective communication and interpersonal skills allow you to pass on meaningful and reliable information.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A University or College (Bachelor) Degree in Software Development, Electrical engineering, IT or equivalent field of studies
- 1 -2 years of experience is an advantage
- Practical knowledge of a programming language / scripting language
- Basic understanding of SQL query
- Fluency in English & Hungarian is must, German is an advantage
- Willingness to travel
