We have immediate openings for "Asst Manager/ Sr Engineer -Maintenance" for our Reputed MNC Client located in Bangalore.

Job Specification

Position: Senior Engineer/ Assistant Manager (Maintenance)

Qualification: Graduate/Diploma-Mechanical

Experience: 8-15 years

Role Summary: Need to Handle Unit Maintenance activities

Responsibilities

1. Taking care of plants all maintenance activities.
2. Taking care of plant reliability maintenance.
3. Following the MTTR, MTBF,TPM calculation for m/c efficiency.
4. Train the associate through subject discussion.
5. Follow the all types of documentation for ISO and periodic inspection of maintenance standards.
6. Handle the shift and daily activities.
7. Follow up the A, B ,C ,D checklist of all equipments.
8. Follow up the vendor for AMC and new project work.
9. Work as per the company production requirement with machine priority.
10. Follow the safety and WCM tools and guiding the technicians.
11. Maintain the spare parts list and always in stock.
12. Installing new machines as per ISO standards.
13. Doing proper maintenance and increase machine efficiency.
14. Increase knowledge of associates.
15. Making the electrical A and B checklist.
16. Making Machine history card
17. Making machine run hour list.
