• Be exposed to the complete recruitment cycle right from requirement gathering to closure of position.
• Involve in sourcing the profiles from various sources creatively.
• Screen candidates and evaluating their technical and communication skills form a HR point of view.
• Coordinating with clients and scheduling interviews with the candidates.
• Get an opportunity to handle HR Generalist activities including Joining formalities, Induction and Employee engagement activities etc.
