Onsite Speech Therapist (SLP)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our clinical team in Norfolk, VA. This is an onsite position providing evaluation and therapy services to pediatric, adolescent, and/or adult clients, depending on your specialization and interest. The ideal candidate will be committed to improving communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing abilities in a caring and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, fluency, and/or swallowing assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one or small group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and physicians.
• Educate and support family members and caregivers with home exercises and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and clinic standards.
• Attend team meetings, in-services, and professional development sessions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Virginia state license (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred, CFY candidates are welcome to apply.
• Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

• Located within or near Norfolk, VA (must be able to reliably commute to 2200 Colonial Ave.)
• Compassionate, patient-centered, and results-driven.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using EMR systems.
