About the role

This site-based role in Sydney will be part of the NSW team within the Bank’s Workplace Department with responsibility for overseeing critical infrastructure, facilities operations and workplace experience to ensure operational availability, safety, sustainability and effectiveness of the Bank’s physical assets.

About you

The Property Officer role will report to the Manager-Facilities NSW/ACT and main function is to support the Facility managers with administration, reporting, purchase orders, emergency management, stakeholder management and communication. This role is also responsible for supporting the effective and efficient management of building operations, maintenance, and workplace services in a critical environment setting at multiple locations in Sydney.

The Property Officer acts as the first point of contact for facilities-related queries, coordinates service providers, and helps maintain a safe, well-maintained workplace.
