Onboarding Specialist needs 4-6 years experience

Onboarding Specialist requires:

• Ability to handle a large volume of e-mails and onboardings
• Grace under pressure, to use the cliché
• Strong desire to help people
• Ownership attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to act quickly and accurately (as far as thinking, following process, typing, keeping client updated, etc.

• Knowledgeable in using Vendor Management Systems (VMS).

Onboarding Specialist duties:

• on-boarding and background check logistics
• ensuring timely renewals or exits are properly executed
• the execution of requisition approvals
