On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) — Tiburon Hills Care Center

Tiburon Hills Care Center is looking for a compassionate, reliable On-Call RN to support our residents and nursing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-centered environment and want flexible hours with a mission-driven staff, we’d love to meet you.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting at $55/hr (DOE)

• Per diem / on-call with the flexibility to pick up shifts across AM/PM/NOC as needed

• Weekend and holiday differentials may apply

What You’ll Do

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders and facility policies

• Oversee and support LVNs/CNAs; ensure excellent handoffs and documentation

• Perform assessments, wound care, medication administration, and care plan updates

• Respond to urgent resident needs and support admissions as needed

• Collaborate with IDT to promote resident comfort, dignity, and outcomes

What You’ll Bring

• Active California RN license in good standing

• BLS/CPR certification (AHA or equivalent)

• SNF/long-term care or post-acute experience preferred (new-to-SNF RNs with strong clinical skills welcome)

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork under pressure

• Reliability and flexibility to cover short-notice shifts
