We’re currently hiring On-Call LVNs for AM, PM, and NOC shifts—so you can find a schedule that fits your life while making a real difference in the lives of our residents.

💉 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide high-quality nursing care and support to residents in accordance with care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and compassion.

• Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes.

• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with families and staff.

• Be a steady, supportive presence for residents—because your care matters.

🩺 What We’re Looking For:

• Current LVN license in the State of California.

• Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred, but not required.

• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
