The Role

As a Senior Technology Advisor, you will advise clients on complex technology and transformation initiatives. Acting as a trusted advisor at the intersection of business and technology, you will translate strategic priorities into scalable, pragmatic technology solutions that create measurable business value.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading complex technology transformation programmes from strategy and design through implementation.

• Translating technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for senior business and executive stakeholders.

• Designing solution and enterprise architectures that support long-term business objectives.

• Advising clients on cloud, AI, platform, and DevOps strategies.

• Collaborating with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions in large, complex organisations.

Candidate Profile

• 7–10 years of experience in technology consulting, IT architecture, or large-scale technology transformation.

• Deep expertise in modern technology landscapes, particularly AI, cloud, enterprise architecture, and DevOps.

• Experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or in a comparable advisory role.

• Demonstrated success delivering complex transformation programmes.

• Strong understanding of large organisational environments and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technology topics to non-technical audiences.

• Business-fluent German is essential; excellent written and spoken English is required.

• Experience in Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, or Energy is highly desirable.

• Willingness to travel extensively across Germany and Europe.

You combine strategic thinking with strong technical depth and are equally comfortable engaging with executive business leaders and technology specialists. You maintain a clear focus on delivering tangible business outcomes through technology-enabled transformation.
