Job Purpose
Responsible for the In-Market Supply and Demand Planning process for assigned markets and product categories. Owns inventory and service performance, leads the local forecast review process, and acts as the key Supply Chain contact for the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Manage supply planning activities to ensure product availability and minimize service disruptions.
Lead communication of supply risks and priorities to Commercial, Customer Service, and Supply Chain stakeholders.
Drive inventory optimization, safety stock reviews, and write-off prevention.
Manage product lifecycle activities, including new product introductions, pack changes, and SKU phase-in/phase-out.
Own the 36-month volume forecast and develop monthly unconstrained and consensus forecasts.
Lead forecast review and enrichment meetings, incorporating market insights, risks, and opportunities.
Collaborate with Demand Forecasting, Supply Hub, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to align plans and achieve business targets.
Support allocation management and ensure alignment between supply constraints and commercial priorities.
Maintain compliance with SOPs, change controls, and master data processes.
Required Qualifications
Experience in Supply Planning and/or Demand Planning.
Good understanding of Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working in cross-functional environments.
Knowledge of SAP IBP and MS Office (advanced Excel)
Fluency in English and Russian
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of sales and commercial processes.
