JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibility of Position Holder be as follows:-

• Primary Job Responsibilities:  Having  knowledge of PLC programming languages such as ladder logic, sequential function charts, etc
• Sound knowledge of Electronic, Electronics and Instrumentation, and software principles.
• Responsible for istrument calibration and  troubleshooting any faults in the system
• Deep knowledge of Networking system to support online troubleshooting with OEM of the Machine
• Good knowledge of server-side programming as well as web server technologies

• Major Responsibilities:
• Quickly analyze and respond to process control and SCADA software issues to minimize the impact to operations.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities:

• Compliance to laid standards of the good manufacturing practices.
• Instruments calibration, prepared calibration Planner, tracker and SOP .
• To co-ordinate preventive maintenance of all process equipment’s, utilities and HVAC system.
• To carry out routine documentation as per regulatory requirement.
• Preparing Preventive maintenance schedule for process equipment’s.
• Responsible for day-to-day shift working for utilities, process and HVAC equipment’s.
• Ensure proper coordination and job distribution to the team during shift operation.
• Ensure SOP compliance of process area, water system and HVAC system.
• Ensure minimum/zero production loss by ensuring availability of plant equipment’s during shift operation.

Accountability / Scope:

• Responsible for Instruments calibration
• Responsible for SCADA HMI  and PLC ladder logic programming  troubleshooting and implementing new, revised, or updated control, monitoring, data acquisition strategies for the system.

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Instrumentation engineering and self-motivated and a great team worker.
