We are a Series A startup building AI-powered robots that make supply chains safer and more efficient.
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Ops and Inventory Coordinator to provide support with the day-to-day activities of the office for Ambi HQ, as well as help with Ambi's in-office shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. In this role, you will be a strong and reliable support to our team, company operations, and robotics systems at both Ambi HQ and customer sites.
You will help oversee the everyday operations of the office, ensuring a smooth, organized, and well-supported environment for the team. You’ll manage the day-to-day incoming and outgoing inventory, manage Ambi's total inventory across multiple sites, perform cycle counts, assist with purchasing, tracking of deliveries to ensure "need by" dates are met, and maintain accurate records of all inventory movement. You will keep inventory counts in our inventory system up-to-date, as this allows team members in other departments to check stock levels and work more efficiently.
This is a full-time, in-office, temporary position based at Ambi HQ. The position length will be approximately mid-August to December 2026.
In this role, you will:
- Support office operations such as kitchen and lunch programs, facilities and maintenance, vendor management, office phone line, and team events
- Support the maintenance of accurate and organized inventory system (physical and digital)
- Manage shipping requests and ensure timely material transactions with proper labeling and shipping
- Perform cycle counts, check different sections of inventory on a rotating basis, reconcile discrepancies to determine root causes
- Assist with the purchasing process and tracking of order deliveries to ensure timely delivery
- Support Finance activities and provide accurate documentation for monthly reconciliation and year-end audit
- Execute adjustments in DEAR as designated by existing Ambi processes, as needed
- Prepare Expensify reports for shipping & freight and People Ops expenses, as needed
- Perform other related duties as requested
