Hiring Unit:
Department of Psychology

Position Summary:

  • Helps organize events such as booking rooms for lab meetings and preparing spaces for conferences or workshops run by the Bartz lab.
  • Onboarding new lab members; acting as a point of call for general questions regarding logging hours, orientation, and floor access.
  • Acts as a resource person to resolve various issues that may arise during planning, scheduling, and events.
  • Acts as a liaison between the supervisor and other team members.
  • Assists with budget analysis via expense claims. Creates reports and assists with budget preparation.
  • Maintains study materials for the lab, including ordering supplies and replenishing printed documents.



Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Cloud Research, and eRAP.


Experience and Education:

  • High School Diploma
  • Relevant experience in the field of work
