About the Role

Open our New York office each morning, build genuine relationships in the local community, and help grow our presence through events and outreach. This role blends front-office operations, community engagement, and brand-building — ideal for someone equally comfortable being trusted with responsibility and building relationships with people.

This isn't a retail or street-team role — it's an in-office position where you'll be the face of our New York presence, running daily operations while getting out into the community to build our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Community & Brand Engagement

  • Meet with members of the local community on behalf of the firm to build relationships and visibility
  • Identify and help establish local events, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities
  • Coordinate branded swag, signage, and other materials to support community presence
  • Represent the firm professionally at community and firm-sponsored events

Office Opening & Daily Operations

  • Open the office daily and ensure it is clean, organized, and client-ready
  • Handle daily mail scanning and check depositing with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail — this role requires someone we can fully trust with financial handling
  • Maintain organized records of office administrative tasks

Client Experience & Reputation

  • Support front-office client interactions, including in-person visits and general customer support
  • Help identify and coordinate client testimonial opportunities (written stories, Google Reviews, video)
  • Support client follow-up and engagement initiatives to strengthen relationships and generate referrals

Content & Materials Support

  • Assist with content creation for social media, office signage, and marketing materials
  • Help maintain a consistent, client-first brand presence across all touchpoints

Qualifications

  • Strong background in customer service, marketing, or client/community relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail — especially important for handling mail and check deposits
  • Comfortable working independently and opening/managing an office solo
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a genuine interest in community engagement and event coordination
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish or Arabic) are a plus

What We're Looking For

Someone who takes ownership of the office as if it were their own — reliable enough to open daily and handle sensitive tasks like check deposits, but also outgoing enough to represent our brand confidently in the community.
