The Team:

The OEMS Product Support Organization provides client-facing support assisting clients to utilize the Enfusion OEMS module for their daily trading operations. The OEMS Product Support Organization consists of three verticals – Product Specialists, FIX Operations, and Trade Compliance.

The Role:

The OEMS Trade Compliance position plays a critical role in the initial setup and configuration of new clients onto the Enfusion platform with an focus on pre and post trade compliance rules. The team will also troubleshoot existing client compliance rules and test new rule creations. 

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare compliance rules across the full investment lifecycle (both pre- and post-trade)
• Setup new rules, perform internal testing with appropriate test cases & troubleshoot rule queries on client’s compliance rule requirement.
• Comprehensive rule creation functionality applicable at any level of the portfolio/fund hierarchy
• Manage pre- and post-trade as well as end-of-day compliance checks.
• Discussion with client on compliance rules requirement
• Knowledge about Buy-side OMS systems will be preferable.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Financial Math or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Middle Office support role at a Hedge Fund, Prime Broker or Fund Administrator
• Financial domain knowledge: Foreign Exchange (FX), NDFs, Derivatives (Interest Rates Swaps/Credit Default Swaps), Equities, Fixed Income and Options
• JavaScript and Jenkins experience a plus
• Detail-oriented and analytical.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
