The Position

岗位职责：

• 协助项目相关事项的跟进
• 协助以英语准备会议资料以及撰写会议记录等文书工作
• 协助文件中英文翻译
• 信息收集与整理，文件分类及整理
• 项目跟进及追踪
• 协助部门行政活动的组织
• 部门其他工作的执行

​​岗位要求：

• 本科或硕士在读学生，电子工程，工业工程，计算机科学相关专业。

• 良好的沟通能力、能够跨部门协作并建立积极的互动关系。

• 积极主动，有较强的责任心，工作细致，认真负责。

• 具备基本的英语沟通能力优先。
