  • Support Finance and Operation RPA solution construction, implementation, and system integration.
  • Create, Design and Deploy RPA bots’ projects under Finance and operation transformation, which covers automation implementation and process changes.
  • Ensure the success and on-time delivery of all RPA bots.
  • Adherence to CIO infrastructure deployment environment
  • Analyze defects and provide solutions in response to client needs
  • Create and maintain automation solutions and technical and training documentation.
  • Validate “bots” errors and bug fixing; Maintain and monitor the succession rate of “bots”; Develop “bots” process with Best Practice Built; Share “bots” best practice with developers
  • Develop and configure process automation and technical design documentation to meet defined requirements. Comply with and help to enforce design and coding standards/procedures
  • Passionate about process improvement, desire to work on challenging problems around system implementation
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn and innovate
  • Focus on continuous improvement, innovation/automation, increased velocity
  • 3+ years’ experience in Finance Operation and technical team
  • Experience in LSS/Agile methodology and collaboration tools (Trello, Mural, Slack, GitHub, ZenHub, etc.)
  • Proficiency in IBM Finance/Accounting processes and systems (FIW, AIW, Cafe, IERP, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Robotic Process Automation SW (BluePrism/IBM RPA/Automation Anywhere/UIPath) and ability to review RPA design written by others
  • Experience in some coding/scripting language (VBA, Java, C, C++, Python, SQL, HTML)
  • Excellent communication skills in a customer/stakeholder-facing environment
  • Possess strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
