YOUR ROLE

Responsible for performing ocean import operations role including document preparation to customers by using OFS, communicating with shipping lines and over-sea office for any documents and cargo discrepancies, issuing invoices to related parties.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Provide import service to customer including arrival notice and docs released.
• Making shipping documents by using OFS for outdoor and indoor according to specific instruction
• Keep contact with the shipping lines for submitting manifest and prepare necessary documents
• Coordinate with other department if needed to support local handling (delivery and clearance)
• Coordinate with over-sea office and keep tracing the shipment to/from origin/final destination with no issue.
• Issue billing, invoicing and support A/C request if any.
• Perform data key-in in the system if required.
• Provide monthly/weekly requested report to supervisor/managers

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business/ Supply Chain/ Logistics, or related field
• Having experience in ocean freight/ ocean services
• Good at customer service, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English, analysis skill and logical thinking
