  • Manage the end-to-end ocean import process from pre-alert receipt until final delivery of docs to  the customer.
  • Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines and customers to ensure smooth shipment handling.
  • Review and process import documentation, including Bill of Lading, Arrival Notice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Orders, and other related documents.
  • Monitor shipment status, vessel arrivals, and cargo availability, providing timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Arrange for daily follow up for the on going shipments and ensure to send updated feedback to clients on timely basis.
  • Follow up on cargo release, customs requirements, port activities, and delivery milestones to avoid delays and additional charges.
  • Resolve shipment issues, discrepancies, claims, and operational challenges in a timely manner.
  • Support the Sales team by providing accurate quotations and operational advice regarding import shipments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, overseas agents, customers, and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, customs regulations, and customer requirements.
