🎯 What You’ll Do

As our new Part-Time OTR, you’ll be the spark that helps residents regain independence and confidence. You’ll:

• Deliver engaging and personalized therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create care plans that work.
• Help residents achieve their goals—whether it’s dressing themselves, cooking a meal, or dancing at bingo night!
• Document progress and celebrate wins, big and small.
