Job description

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join its client’s Reablement Team in Southampton on a short-term contract. This role offers a great opportunity to support adults in regaining independence and remaining safely in their own homes.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Delivering functional OT assessments, care planning, and reviews
  • Supporting individuals and carers to maximise independence
  • Recommending equipment and home adaptations
  • Working closely with health and social care professionals
  • Supervising OT assistants/students where required
  • Maintaining accurate, compliant records

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

  • HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
  • Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy (WFOT recognised)
  • Community or social care experience
  • Strong assessment, communication, and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload
