Occupational Therapist (PRN)

• PRN - Hours vary (2 weekend days, per month)

The Occupational Therapist maintains a “Patient First” orientation and consistently meets Miami Valley Hospital customer service standards. As part of a Level 1 Trauma Center, the Occupational Therapist serves as a flexible and collaborative member of both disciplinary and interdisciplinary teams, assisting colleagues as needed and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the department.

The Occupational Therapist provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, depending on the assigned service area. The therapist meets established productivity standards and ensures all required documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.

Licensure: Must possess a valid license to practice Occupational Therapy issued by the State of Ohio.

Certification: BLS Certification required
