What You’ll Do:

• Provide quality occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing setting

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote independence and improve quality of life

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of nurses, therapists, and care staff

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of California

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
