Key Responsibilities:
- Patient assessment & treatment planning
- Direct patient care per physician orders
- Supervision of O.T. Assistants
- Training of Restorative Aides
- Documentation & communication with team
- Participation in conferences
- In-service training
- Discharge planning & family/caregiver training
- DME recommendations
- Equipment maintenance reporting
Required:
