PAY: $47 per hour +/DOE

Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to address residents' needs and goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve residents' functional abilities, mobility, and independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and achieve optimal outcomes for residents.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding therapeutic interventions and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in CA.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
