We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist or Certified Hand Therapist to join our healthcare team in Hillsboro. As a Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing comprehensive treatment programs to help patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and enhance their quality of life.
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Perform occupational therapy treatments using various therapeutic techniques and modalities
- Design and implement rehabilitation programs for patients with diverse conditions
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Supervise and guide Therapy Assistants and support staff
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in EMR systems
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocols
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Occupational Therapy Degree from an accredited institution
- Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice
- Valid CPR certification
- Proven clinical experience in occupational therapy
- Extensive knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and treatment methodologies
- Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and MS Office
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and movement science
- Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills
- Superior communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development
Compensation Range: $85K - $100K Based on Experience
