Occupational Therapist (OT) – Napa Post Acute

Location: Napa, CA
Pay: Up to $70 per hour
Schedule: Full Time, Part Time, or Per Diem

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing setting

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Assist residents in regaining independence with daily living activities

• Document treatment and progress in accordance with state and federal regulations

• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications

• Current California Occupational Therapist license

• Strong communication and clinical skills

• Team-oriented with a passion for patient-centered care

• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
