Pay: $60 to $70 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized therapy plans

• Provide treatment to improve daily living and self-care abilities

• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and therapy team members

• Document treatment sessions and progress per facility and state guidelines

• Educate residents, families, and caregivers to support recovery

Qualifications

• Active California Occupational Therapist license

• Skilled in evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation

• Team-oriented and compassionate with strong communication skills

• Skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred, but new grads are welcome
