Location: Sonoma, CA
Pay: Up to $70 per hour
Schedule: Full Time, Part Time, or Per Diem

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing setting

• Develop and carry out individualized treatment plans

• Work with nurses, physicians, and rehab team members to achieve patient goals

• Document treatment and progress in accordance with state and federal standards

• Educate residents and families on therapy goals and self-care strategies

Qualifications

• Current California Occupational Therapist license

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Team-oriented with a passion for patient-centered care

• Skilled nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
