Pay: $65-$70 per hour

Ridgeway Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our rehabilitation team. Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide occupational therapy services to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy team members, residents, and families
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility requirements

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for patient-centered care
