Job Highlights

  • Full scope Occupational Therapist role serving inpatient, outpatient, and school-based patients.

  • Part-time employment at 28 hours per week (can be flexible, let us know what you are looking for), flexibility with hours, and weekend requirements for inpatient services (with weekend differential pay).

  • $35.68 to $53.36 per hour, based on years of experience.

  • Provide individualized therapy, education, and functional support across a variety of patient needs.

  • Work collaboratively with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary care team.

  • Must have a Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license and current Infant-Adult BLS for Health Care Providers.

In this role, you will work across inpatient, outpatient, and school-based settings, partnering with patients, families, and other health care professionals to deliver individualized care. Key responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and provide treatment techniques based on diagnosis and functional needs.

  • Deliver individualized intervention and education using task analysis and identified learning needs.

  • Complete documentation according to department standards to support patient care and reimbursement.

  • Collaborate with a variety of professionals and health care consumers to promote Occupational Therapy services.

  • Participate in quality improvement efforts related to treatment, process, and systems issues.

What you will need

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.

  • Current Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license required.

  • Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers certification required.

  • No experience required

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and patient education skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Commitment to quality care, documentation accuracy, and patient safety.
