Job Summary:

MaineGeneral Health is seeking a dedicated and proactive Occupational Health Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in promoting employee health and safety, preventing work-related injuries, and ensuring a healthy workplace environment.

Job Description:

Position: Occupational Health Registered Nurse

Location: 21 Enterprise Drive, Augusta

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Shift:  Days (M-F)

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborates with appropriate staff to develop and implement industrial and office ergonomics programs for prevention and injury evaluation.
  • Provides treatment for job-related injuries and illnesses. Ensures compliance with applicable workplace safety laws and regulations.
  • Provides review and case management services to employers regarding their employees who require outside medical attention for job-related injuries.
  • Develop and implement wellness and preventative initiatives for employees.

You Have:

  • Maine state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or the ability to obtain it in a timely fashion is required
  • At least 1 year of RN experience is required
  • Valid State of Maine Driver's License

Compensation Information:

$34.00 - $59.50

The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
