Hiring Range: $325,000.00 – $461,000.00

Actual pay depends on specialty, experience, and performance

Riverside Medical Group is seeking a full-time OB/GYN Physician to join our established team at Riverside Partners in Women’s Health in Williamsburg, Virginia.

Leadership Opportunity – Physician Practice Director (PPD)

In this role, the selected physician will also serve as the Physician Practice Director (PPD) for the location, providing clinical leadership and oversight. Responsibilities include:

• Leading the delivery of high-quality medical care across the practice
• Supporting and managing clinicians across one or more specialties
• Ensuring quality, safety, and consistency in patient care
• Promoting efficient and effective practice operations
• Collaborating closely with practice managers, the Practice Director, Service Line Administrator (SLA), fellow physicians, and Riverside Medical Group leadership

This position offers a unique blend of clinical excellence and physician leadership, ideal for candidates interested in advancing their impact within a collaborative health system.

Qualifications

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine

Certifications & Licensure:

• Licensed Medical Doctor in the Commonwealth of Virginia
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Current DEA certification
