O&M Supervisor (Landscape)

Apply to this job1. Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including grass cutting, drain cleaning, housekeeping, and pest control works.
2. Monitor and ensure work quality, productivity, and attendance of general workers.
3. Plan and deploy manpower, tools, equipment, and vehicles according to the work schedule.
4. Ensure all works are carried out safely and in compliance with company HSE requirements.
5. Conduct site inspections and identify areas requiring maintenance or corrective actions.
6. Prepare and maintain maintenance records, reports, and related documentation.
7. Manage workers' welfare, accommodation, discipline, and safety matters.
8. Coordinate with site representatives, contractors, and internal teams to support site operations.
9. Monitor the condition of tools, equipment, and inventory under his/her responsibility.
10. Perform any other duties assigned by the Engineer or Management.
Requirements
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance, facility maintenance, construction, or related field.
2. Experience supervising general workers or site workers is preferred.
3. Knowledge of grass cutting, vegetation control, housekeeping, and pest control activities.
4. Able to lead a team and work independently.
5. Basic computer literacy for reporting and record keeping.
6. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel to different solar farm locations.
8. Physically fit and willing to work outdoors.
9. Willing to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required.
