Overview:

Sentara Louise Obici Hospital is now hiring a Supervisor, Patient Care Services for the Intensive Care unit. 

Hours: This will be an off shift to cover night hours leadership.

The Supervisor, Nursing and Patient Care Services plays a key leadership role in the department, supporting the manager in overseeing all patient care activity on their assigned nursing unit(s). They are responsible for ensuring high standards of care, coordinating daily nursing activities, and facilitating communication between medical teams. Assists with the training, mentoring, and performance evaluations of clinical staff.

Education

Bachelors degree - Nursing

Certification/Licensure

Registered Nurse License

Experience

2 years of nursing experience

1 year of nursing leadership
