Mercy Clinic Spine & Pain Management is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at the Mercy Center for Performance Medicine, an innovative, state-of-the-art facility bringing together expert providers dedicated to helping patients move better, feel better, and live better.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Practitioner who enjoys a procedure-focused practice and working closely with specialists in a collaborative environment. You'll play a key role in evaluating patients, supporting interventional treatment plans, and helping deliver exceptional spine and pain care.

Providing specialized care to patients with acute or chronic pain to alleviate their symptoms and minimize the impact on their quality of life.

This Opportunity Offers:

  • Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm - flexible start/end times
  • Full-time position - 40hrs/week
  • Outpatient Clinic
  • No weekend or call requirement

What We're Looking For

  • Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient evaluation skills
  • At least 3 years of Advanced Practitioner experience. Preferred experience in Spine, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Internal Medicine, Neurosurgery, or a related specialty preferred
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, specialty practice environment

The Mercy Center for Performance Medicine & Specialty Care is one of the largest outpatient surgery centers in the United States. Our 272,000-square-foot, five-level outpatient center in St. Louis will deliver a comprehensive, technology-driven, personalized patient experience from driving into the high-tech garage to leaving. The center features multiple specialties, including precision medicine, an imaging center, an outpatient lab, a retail pharmacy, and a cafe.
