We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team in Semarang, Jawa Tengah, Indonesia. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive and high-quality nursing care to our patients.

• Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patients' vital signs and document their progress
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations
• Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent professional nursing qualification
• Active Nursing Registration (STR) is required
• Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient-oriented approach with a compassionate and caring attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Flexibility to work in shifts
