• Assess patients' health conditions and develop comprehensive care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and symptoms
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic health record systems
• Respond promptly to changes in patients' conditions and implement appropriate interventions
• Assist with medical procedures and diagnostic tests as needed
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and organizational policies
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent degree required
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Australia
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current nursing practices and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and basic computer skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and assist with patient mobility
• Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Resilience and ability to handle high-stress situations
• Previous nursing experience preferred
