Job description
  • Design and implement network infrastructures to best fit customer security requirements and timeline
  • Attend and lead the technical kick-off meeting to set customer expectations and can evaluate any concerns
  • Ensure accuracy of daily report on all open and closed tickets for submission to supervisor.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining adherence to organization and professional standards.
  • Respond to the Help Desk by phone, e-mail and automated system alerts using ticketing system.
  • Secondary resource in providing solutions and defined security requirements to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Provide Technical trainings (Internally/Partners/End Users)
  • Must pass all certification exams that may be required by the company on the products that will be supported
  • Provide Post and Pre-Sales Technical support that
    • includes:
      • Meetings or consulting
      • Secondary pre-sales resource in creation of BOM recommendation, TOR response, Product presentation and sizing
  • Infrastructure Integration
  • Knowledge transfer
  • Maintenance Support (Preventive
  • Maintenance, Upgrades and Updates)
