Job Description:
- Administer and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers.
- Manage Active Directory, including user accounts, group policies, and domain services.
- Monitor and support core network services such as TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and SSL certificates.
- Perform basic SQL queries and ensure database connectivity and performance.
- Analyse and troubleshoot technical issues using a structured, problem-solving approach.
- Document technical procedures, best practices, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support web and authentication system integrations.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from IT or related majors.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration.
- Experience or familiarity with identity and security systems such as SSO, MFA, or other authentication platforms.
- Understanding of web technologies, including HTTP/HTTPS, web servers, and basic integration workflows.
- Ability to read and comprehend technical documentation in English.
- Comfortable communicating with international vendors or support teams.
- Strong documentation skills to clearly communicate technical details and procedures.
- High learning agility with a willingness to explore new tools and techniques.
- Energetic, open-minded, A collaborative mindset and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
