Job Description:

  • Administer and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers.
  • Manage Active Directory, including user accounts, group policies, and domain services.
  • Monitor and support core network services such as TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and SSL certificates.
  • Perform basic SQL queries and ensure database connectivity and performance.
  • Analyse and troubleshoot technical issues using a structured, problem-solving approach.
  • Document technical procedures, best practices, and system configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support web and authentication system integrations.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from IT or related majors.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration.
  • Experience or familiarity with identity and security systems such as SSO, MFA, or other authentication platforms.
  • Understanding of web technologies, including HTTP/HTTPS, web servers, and basic integration workflows.
  • Ability to read and comprehend technical documentation in English.
  • Comfortable communicating with international vendors or support teams.
  • Strong documentation skills to clearly communicate technical details and procedures.
  • High learning agility with a willingness to explore new tools and techniques.
  • Energetic, open-minded, A collaborative mindset and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
